is some one give you money then the person gets mad, and ask for the money back, then suit you for the money, and said I let you borrow the money I did not give it to you, can that person suit you, and what kind of trouble I will be, we did not sing any thing. Thanks.

It is your word against theirs and so you might want to remember what prompted them to give you the money because a judge might not necessarily believe it was just a gift unless you have a relationship that makes that likely.
