Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Texas

How to detereme wrongfull death?

My sister passed last month after being taken to a hospital from the nursing home where she has been for about 2 years. She was only 55 but had IBM. The doectors claim death was septic shock. I have gotten records from the home and hosiptal and found many issues. She had just spent about 1 month in hosiptal( for blood clot in leg, infection in ear and throat) and when I spoke to her on day of release she was alert. Next day she was dry mouthed and could not stay awake or talk well, nurses blaimed the drugs. 2 days later she got in trouble about 3 am and records show they were going to send her to hosiptal via ambulance. She got to hosiptal at 8:30 am. I was called at 6:30 but told was not major she was just unresponsive. ( drug records from home show where previous month they had adminstered her drugs for 2 days after she was not there but in hosiptal) ER records show septic shock at 3pm no sign where any meds were given or anything done. Also show she was confused, alert, awake, Normal gait ( she has been bed ridden for 3 years)and both not in pain and in pain, One dr had a detailed conversation with her. I was not notifed until 3 hours after moved to micu.

Out of room.Is this wrongful death or malpractice? Many lies in records
