Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Texas

Two carpal tunnel surgeries later I still have it. This Dr. is on a 10 yr. probation drugs/neglect, ect.He hurt me and abused me. I found him on Tv and they still advertise him even after a ton of calls from me. He is a danger to his patients his report says that too. He allwoed me to scream for one hour in recovery as a punishment for confronting him about him never being at my apts. and I never saw him at the first surgery.Long story. How can I stop this monster from hurting anyone else and where can I report him.He must be stopped now!I have several complaints and am still in hand therapy.He is no longer my DR.If you can help please contact me.
