What is the statute of limitations for a medical malpractice suit in Texas ?

The statute of limitations is 2 years from the date of the injury. Sometimes the statute doesn't begin to run until the claimant has had a reasonable opportunity to discover the wrong. I'd be happy to explain this to you.
