I have been working for a company that deals with home health care and that require us to perform the work of a Certified Nursing Assistant I have been working there for a year is that legal ?

You should contact the Texas board that issues liscenses for CNAs and ask them.

You should also make sure there is liability coverage purchased by your employer to protect you in the event a patient sues you for the work you perform.
