Legal Question in Military Law in Texas
I desire re-enlisment
I was involutarily discharged. My dicharge code is JKQ-misconduct (Serious offense). I just didn't go to work and the MP's came and got me. I was deppresed and my wife was pregnant. I really regret my chices. Is there any way I can re-enter? I was given a general under honerable? What hoops would I have to jump thru?

You will likely need to change your RE Code and/or get a waiver.
