Soldier act
Is there such an act called the Soldiers Act that helps military personnel with their credit when activated to full duty? If so, what is it and what does it entails?

It is called the Soldiers and Sailors Civil Relief Act. It is found at 50 USC App. section 501, and following sections. The act provides for the suspension of civil remedies against soldiers and sailors during periods of active duty in the military.
The local JAG office will have a pamphlet available to you describing the function of the Act.
