Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

If i was in accident and i was the passenger and the vehicle only had liability insurance do i get any kind of compensation.

It depends upon the facts. If the driver of either the other vehicle or the vehicle in which you were a passenger were "negligent," then you would be entitled to compensation. There are 13 possible compensation categories and you may be entitled to damages in several of them. You really will need an attorney, however, to make sure you get everything you're entitled to.
