Apartment Fall
I am from west Texas, and recently we have had severe Winter weather. 4 weeks ago, it was really bad and the stairs outside of my apartment was icy. I was going down the stairs to go to work because that is the only way out of my apartment, and i feel and broke my foot in 4 places. Is this my responsibility or the apartments?

If the apartment had a reasonable opportunity to keep the ice off, it would be their responsibility.
