What do I do if I am hit and my car hasn't been put on my insurance yet because it was just financed not even three days ago?

Make a claim against the person who hit you. You might also want to contact your insurance agent (if you had another auto insured at the time) to see if the policy allows you a period of time to add a newly purchased vehicle.
