Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Auto accident, medical claim satue of limitations

I was in a car accident in April and I went to the ER the day after with back pain. I continued to have back pain but all the doctors I contacted would not see me with out a guaranteed payment. I have recurring back pain and it is now September. I am entitled to go see a doctor still? Will the insurance pay for this? It was not my fault and the insurance company said they would not guarantee anything. I am stuck in between a hard spot and a rock.

You should check with a lawyer in the area. A law office may be able to offer a medical provider with a letter of protection. This means that if there is a recovery, the doctor's bills will be paid from from that recovery. It is bad for your case that you couldn't get treatment sooner, and the longer you wait, the worse your case (and possibly your condition) gets. I suggest you contact someone right away.
