Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

i was in a automobile accident with an uninsured driver. my vehicle was declared total loss which resulted in financial loss to me. loss of earnings, pain and sufferring, mental anguish and other out of pocket expenses for which i was not reimbursed by my insurance. how can i recover damages from the other party.
