Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

My child was involved in an auto accident, and was at fault

My 11 yr old son was riding a bicycle home and collided with an SUV. He was hospitalised for 5 days and under observation for 6 weeks. The polic report said it was his fault.

1. Do I get compensation from the auto insurance of the SUV?

2. Am I bound to pay for the damage to the SUV?

You have a good plaintiff's personal injury suit to prosecute against the driver of the car, and possibly the owner of the car, if different. The police report is not determinative and is inadmissable in court. Call me (713)785-5595.
