Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

My co-workers 18 year old son wrecked his fathers new car(fulled coverage on car )and was not on the policy.The insurance company has denied the claim. Is he completely SOL?

Maybe not. The coworker needs to read his policy carefully. If not excluded, and the son had permission to drive the car, he may be covered.
