Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

My daughter (age 7) was outside playing when another child (age 5) ran into her on a foot powered go-cart. My daughter fell face first busting out one of her baby teeth and cracking one of her adult teeth. I took her to the dentist and they are going to apply a bond to her front tooth that may or may not hold it. What can I do legally for re-imbursment now and for the future " what if's" that could potentially happen? While speaking to other children about what they saw it seems he deliberatly ran in to her. I personally know this child as rude to myself and rude to other children as well. He is the smallest child on a street full of children and he a little bully. What can I do?

Speak with a personal injury lawyer. Tell parent of other kid to report this to their homeowner insurance company.

Get child medical care and follow all doctor's orders.
