Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

My daughter had a fender bender with someone and my insurance will not pay because she was not listed on it. So the other person's insurance is making me pay out of my pocket. What else can i do and what if I am behind on paying at this time?

unless your daughter was "excluded" driver, you insurer must pay. How much are you talking about?
