Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Daughter who is 20 passed out in the waiting area of a tanning salon waiting on employee to find her information in the system. The waiting area was hot and she locked her knees causing her to pass out, hit her head on the floor. There was no incident report taken that she had to sign. The employee did not call 911. Left her on the floor while he ran next door to get help from one of the workers. She does have a head fracture as well as brain bruising and swelling. She does not have any medical insurance. Should I be concerned.

I am truly sorry to hear about your daughter's injury. She may indeed have a case against the tanning salon for premises liability if it can be shown that the climate in the lobby indeed caused her injuries. Just make sure she is getting the proper medical treatment. If her case can be proven, she is entitled to recover past and future medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, mental anguish, and disfigurement. Let us know if we can help.
