Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Emotional duress 7-6-09 TMJ
My husband came home saying he is mad at one of his friends. She called me at 9 am in the morning looking for him. He told me he didn't want to talk to her because it would upset her but he didn't tell me she was pregnant with his child. She began agressive with me and said, ''You've affectively be a leach all of you marriage.'' My husband said she alost lost the girl baby he's been saying he didn't want. Hmm?
Whose at fault? I now have TMJ, painful jaw disorder which I got the next day. And I was seriously emotionally up set by her call and what my husband did.
This is called punking someone.
I believe my husband set me up.
The dental guard is $400. bill is outstanding due to ongoing attorney fee. $22k from Oct 2008 to July 09.
