Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

i have a harley davidson motercycle and i took it to the harley house to get i worked on and the were test driving it and wrecked it. it was 1700 dollars in damages. they said they would fix everything but it is now a wrecked bike. should i get something extra out of the deal?

You should be "restored," so to speak, and yes, that would involve some compensation for the fact that you now own a "wrecked" bike.

You can expect the Harley dealer to have a different belief about this, though, and you'd probably have to sue him to get what you're entitled to.
