Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Injury to a minor

Please contact me A.S.A.P. concerning the legal width that wood railings can be placed apart on sidewalks, that seem to be of standard size by eyesight. My 15 yr old son was injured while playing with some friends near one. He now has a gash and stitches, and a possible bad scar. I would like to actually write email to someone that can go over the situation with me personally. Thank You.. T.R.

Sidewalk injury

Whose sidewalk?

There is no "legal width" that I'm aware of.

You must show negligence, i.e. fault on behalf of the party in control of the sidewalk, for your son to recover.

What is it about this sidewalk you consider unreasonably dangerous?
