Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I live in an apartment in Texas. Many of the vehicles that park here sound their horns when locked or unlocked by an operator. This is very annoying late in the evening.

Do I have any means of stopping this annoyance?

That IS annoying, isn't it? Generally, one can "set his preferences" in the car so that all he gets is flashing headlights when he locks his vehicle.

You should tell the apartment management about this, and ask them to make a rule about such things. If they won't, then you should move out - investigate the possibility of renting a HOUSE. You may be surprised at how cheap it can be.
