Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I live in texas, and was involved in an accident. It was my fault for hitting her 2003 windstar in the back. The van ended up immobilized and now i have to pay her damages which sum up to $7000. $4000 for the van and the rest on court fees, hospital, towing company. She never showed receipts, so i never took her prices seriously. I dont have a job, im 18 yrs old live with parents. I have been looking for jobs but its impossible no matter how hard i try! the truck i was driving had insurance however i wasnt included in the policy. So it didnt cover her van damages. What could happen to me if i dont pay her? I mean its not that i dont want to its just that i cant due to no job.

Unless u were specificcally excluded from the insurance covering the truck you were driving, that insurance MUST pay. If her insurance wants u to pay, they must go to JP court to suspend your license...good luck
