Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Minor Injury

I chewed into a sharp foreign object in a California Sweet Prune 2days ago. I cut my gums and it bled only a little & left a minor abrasion inside my mouth. I immediately spat out what was left of the prune and recovered this plastic like material from the inside of it. I contacted the company yesterday via email and this is there response.

Re: Minor Injury

Personal injury claims that interest lawyers have three components: liability, injury, and $. Since your injury appears slight and apparently does not require medical care, your case does not appear to have much value.
