Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Potential liability in bus accident

I work for a business that in part provides airport transportation via minibuses. Late last year, another vehicle struck one of our buses causing minor injuries to a few passengers. The driver of the other vehicle was at fault and was cited by the police. One of the injured bus passengers is unhappy with the response of the at-fault driver's insurance company and is now approaching us to recoup his medical expenses, in the process threatening legal action. How much exposure do we have in this case?

That's why you have insurance..let them handle it..as no comment could be made without all facts
