My question is that as an child I was involved in an car accident as to an car ran over me.
I was age 6 at the time. I wanted to now. Can I find out the judgement at the time that was order.
Year accident happen was in 1982. Mother won't tell me anything about she stated she got nothing. back I want to check to make sure she not lying about any thing. She has an history about lying about things. Can I find out. I other and adult now. Can I find out.

If there was a lawsuit, you need to contact the District Clerk and County Clerk in the county where the accident happened or the county where you and your mom resided.
You will need to tell the clerks your name and the name of your mother.
