Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

We have a ranch next to a sky diving facility in Texas and are concerned about our liability if a jumper lands in our tank, is injured by one of our livestock, or gets hurt in any way. We are suffering crop loss at least twice a week do to what is called accidental landings, as well as have been put in danger by the landing when working with and around our stock. We have posted signs as well as talked to the owner of the facility and the FAA. We are still waiting on a response from the FAA to give us an Idea of what to do.

Sue the skydiving folks and ask for an injunction. Ask for damages for crop loss. Ask for damages for trespassing.

Trust me, no jury will hold you liable if a skydiver lands in your tank or is hurt by your livestock.
