Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I have not received any copy of my file from my lawyer ,but he wants me to close the case and

take 6000.00 dollars I still have on going medical treatments. please advise me what to do.thanks.

Get a copy of your file (which the lawyer is required to furnish to you upon request or you could file a grievance with the state bar) and consult with another lawyer.
