Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I have received a letter from an attorney stating that since I was on the title of a truck my husband was driving and he had an accident that I am now responsible for the complaintant insurance claim. How should I respond to their letter as I am not responsible since I was not driving nor even in the truck at the time. Also, there was no insurance on the truck as he let it lapse without my knowledge and he is now in prison

Why respond at all? He's mistaken about you being liable.
