Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I had a sever allergic reaction to hair dye and ended up hospitalized. I did the 48 hr patch test and did everything as instructed. Could I get compensated for this

Most products like that contain a warning about allergies. I believe it would be difficult to prove a product defect or a marketing defect in such a case, but it is worth sitting down with a lawyer who does products liability and discussing it.
