Slipped and fell
I am 8 months pregnant and in April i slipped and fell at Walmart, and today i had gotten a call from their isurance people and they want me to tell them an amount of money, i which i want for my injury, how much should i ask for? What would be to much, or too little?

were you hurt?did you have any medical expenses?when did you go to doctor?did you lose time from work or need to hire help to care for you, do housework, etc???It is rare for Walmart or any store to call unless there is serious injury and they expect you to have problems with pregnancy..etc..so without more info..who can say. Give more info and we may be able to help...we have settled many over the years..

Although your fetus was probably not injured, you might want to consider waiting until after your baby is born before settling your claim.
Slip and fall claims are difficult and you should consider hiring an attorney to assist you.
