my son was pushed at mcdonlds and fell against a steel beam in the play area and hit the back of his head. he was blooding alot and was rushed to the hospital. the hosital had to put staples on the back of his head

You haven't asked a question, but I assume you wanted to make a claim against McDonald's. It will argue that your son was injured by the push and that it is not responsible. I'd have to see pictures of the play area and the beam to determine whether McDonald's was negligent.
