when does the statue of limitations for a nail salon injury

EyebrowWax was too hot at salon and burned eyelids. Salon stated that they would take care of Medical expenses, but have failed to do so.

The SOL for personal injuries is 2 years after the injury occurred - unless certain rare exceptions exist.
