Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I just stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine,TX. After lunch my kids and I changed into our bathing suits to go down to the water park. On our way back downstairs to the waterpark I slip and fell and twisted my right side knee. It was in an area before the entrance of the waterpark. There were NO signs anywhere stating wet area. The floors are mainly stone floors there. So no carpet or rugs in that area. I slipped infront of the croc store which is away from the entrance. One of the employees ran and got a lifeguard. He gave me an ice pack and asked if I could get up. I tried but the pain was too much and I layed back down. One of the managers came and took my information. I did not receive a copy of the accident report. She gave me a piece of paper to the nearest hospital and clinic.

My husband picked me up and they gave me a wheelchair since I was unable to walk. I went back to the room and took 2 tylenols. After about 3 hours the pain was not going away. Later on one of the managers called us and asked how I was doing. That evening I went downstairs in the wheelchair to talk to a managers to see what they can do since I was unable to enjoy my stay with my family. The manager gave each of my kids the quest game and wands for free. Which was nice! I told the manager that they need to change their safely regulations in the Lodge. I told her there is water all over the place. She said that their maintentance team is there 8hours a day and if they put up signs people will fall over them. So she wasnt really trying to get this situation resolved. They did put up 2 signs that day that this area is wet. The next morning the signs where gone. We took pictures of the area where it all happend, we also took pictures of my injury.

My questions is: Do I have a slip and fall case?

Thank you!
