Without knowing any of the circumstances surrounding your accident, it is impossible to say how much you can sue for. While a scar is permanent and causes disfigurement, it is necessary to know what happened, how much your medical bills are, if you need future plastic surgery to repair the scar, etc. I would be glad to speak with you.

Without more information, it would be impossible to estimate the value of the scar. Feel free to contact me for a free evaluation if you would like to discuss further details.

As you are probably finding out from the other responses, each case is different. For example, a three inch wide scar across your face may have a different value compared to a one millimeter scar on your backside. An attorney would need to review the entire file, all medicals, etc. before rendering an opinion. Most injury attorneys (myself included) will review your case with you at no cost. i strongly recommend you interview two or three attorneys and pick the one you like the best.
