my appeal 4 disability retirement was denied by the STATE OFFICE OF ADMNSTRATIVE HEARINGSS I have no choice but to take it to the federal level since my injury was in 03 and after all the precidings is now 06 does the SOL still in effect? and since I lived in OR before the hiring and was injured in TX then returned to OR for care which state do I file in ?? thanks

If you're filing for Social Security benefits, you can file in the state in which you reside.
