Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I own a vehicle that was unfairly deemed non-repairable by my insurance company. However, the vehicle runs and operates just fine. It endured hurricane Ike, but there are absolutely no problems with it. I had it inspected at an autoshop, and the inspector says that it is perfectly safe, is in good condition, but the insurance company will not budge. Is there anything I can do to redeem my truck?

question is not intelligible. Who has the truck?? if you have it, what is the problem? if your insurer has it, then they paid you money for it...?????
