Wrongful death suit
My daughter and granddaughter were killed in an accident in which she hydroplaned and ended up in oncoming traffic. I have an ongoing suit right now and my question is: I have been named executor of my daughters estate for this lawsuit....what does that mean and how will it effect the settlement disbursement?
