What is the statue of limitation on denture work

more information would be helpful in answering this question. if you are referring to a defective denture as a product, then there would be a two year statute of limitation running from the date of the injury. however, keep in mind that the courts may consider that your claim falls within the realm of healthcare liability meaning that the statute would begin to run from the date of the negligent act. statute of limitations are tricky things. i would consult an attorney as soon as possible. bill featherston
