Re: liability form

I think what you are asking is, is there a form you can get your customers to sign that will release YOU from liability for injuries caused to them by your employees. The answer to that question is no. There is no such thing in Texas as a valid waiver of liability for personal injuries. In other words, a person cannot sign away their right to be free from bodily injury caused by the negligence of someone else. An example: even though on the back of your ticket to Six Flags is printed a "disclaimer of liability," if you go to Six Flags and their roller coaster throws you out and injures you, you should call me as soon as you are released from the hospital because you DO have a valid claim for damages.

Re: liability form

You can insure your company and employees, but your employee will be able to sue a homeowner if the homeowner is at fault.
