Legal Question in Product Liability in Texas
Newly purchased home 2005, carbon monoxcide detector repeated alarmed, we thought it was a malfunction. Replaced improprerly installed documented air conditioning system, now carbon monoxide detector is totally quiet. The AC warranty is good for 5 years, bought home feb. 2005. what kind of compensation could i expect or receive. This improperly installed unit could have taken our lives.
