Legal Question in Product Liability in Texas

Peter Pan

I have 2 jars of Peter Pan. One is empty and one is started. I don't think my family or me was ever seriously sick, But not sure what to do.

Confirm that the lids have the markings for where and when they were produced. If so keep the lids (wash them) and dispose of the rest safely so no one or animal will eat it (toilet maybe). You will have trouble finding an attorney to handle this if you didn't suffer any medical costs. So you might want to search around or just count yourselves lucky.
