Legal Question in Product Liability in Texas
My rims
I bought some wheels for my truck and with in a month the chrome began to peel. The one yr warranty that comes with the rims states replacement as the only option. They told me they would give me 1/2 my money back for the rims. This is not acceptable. Is there a way for me to get all of my money back?

You might check with the manufacturer of the rims to see if they'll honor the warranty. If not, consider a suit against the dealer and the manufacturer for breach of warranty and deceptive trade practices.
