Legal Question in Product Liability in Texas

Toxic Product sold at Home Depot

My sister has suufered and is still suffering from a toxic grout sealer that Home Depot sold in 2005-She has proof,etc. She picked a lousy lawyer to handle her claim-What recourse does she have if she has clearly been taken advantage of and treated unfairly in her lawsuit.

I'm sorry to hear your sister is not happy with her current situation. Has the claim been resolved? If not, she certainly has the right to hire a new lawyer. If her claim has been resolved, is she unhappy with the result or is it something else? If you want to provide more details, it would be helpful.
