Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

30 days notice

I was on 6 months lease with an apartment - followed by 3 months lease with increased rent. This was followed by month to month rental at still increased rent but no written agreement. Am I governed by the 30 day notice requirement as mentioned in original leases ?
