abandoned mobile home

I own a mobile home park in Texas and someone abandoned their mobile home. What can I do with it? The police said since it is private property there is nothing they can do.

The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs governs the issuance of titles to mobile homes. http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/mh/index.htm . Go to their website to inquire as to the procedures required to have title issued to you.
