Abandoned Propert
A travel trailer has been abandoned on property that I lease. The owner has refused all communications for more than a year. Can I sell this trailer? Can I sell without a title, or how may I obtain a title so that I can sell?

I�m going to shoot from the hip on this. I have a similar situation with moving truck on property I purchased.
I will rely on my colleagues to correct any misstatements.
You cannot sell it without a title, but you can acquire title for it; and then sell it. It is my understanding that this is done through the sheriff. Contact the Sheriff in your county, and they should be able to give you the details. If not, vehicle registration can tell you.
I need to find out, too.
