Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Et al on land mom left to me siblings

I received a ''Notice of Intent to File Suit'' on the taxes due on Land my Mother left to my Sister and Me. I only receive a copy of any correspondence regarding the land from my sister via email. I received a letter in the mail yesterday addressed to me with “In Rem Only” next to my name, usually when she emails me correspondence regarding the land its has her name with ET AL behind it. I am just curious if the land is in both our names as owners, and why isn’t my name listed on the correspondence? The land is located in Palestine, Texas, Anderson County.

Thank you for your help.

Contact the authorities there to find out! Apparently no one has paid the real property taxes on the property, but I do not know why thye have to file a suit to collect it. "et. al." indicates more than one owner, "in rem" means as to the property only.
