Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

if i bought my home i grew up in from my mom with a check for $60,000 in 2009 she signed the deed but never gave it to me.i fixed the place up.$80,000 dollars worth.The tax appraisal is $120,000.now she wants to keep my money kick me and my husband and two kids out and sell it.so her and her new husband can make money off of it.also we gave her we gave her extra money for all her back tax's but she kept that too and we have been trying to keep up with that and still are a year behind.can she take are home or how do we get the deed from her.
