Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I bought a home after my husband and I married. We divorced in 2011 and there was no mention about the home in the divorce decree. He moved out and now I am trying to sell it. I found out today he was not on the loan but because we were married in Texas he is listed on the deed of trust. Does he have any rights and how will this affect me when closing time comes?

The house is undivided community property. Did you have a lawyer for your divorce? Did you try to save money by not hiring a lawyer?

You and your ex-husband are cotenants in the property, and you can't sell it without your husband's cooperation.
