Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Myself and brother-in-law qualified and purchased home under both our names. He is the primay....I moved out several years ago and now he cannot keep up with payments and says he is going to be foreclosed on...he wants me to refinance and I do not want my name on house any longer and want to know if I want to sell home can he be forced to sell? Home is in San Antonio, TX

No, you can't force him to sell anything. He owns an undivided interest in the home (subject to the mortgage) and so do you. He can do whatever he wants to with his interest: sell it, give it away, or keep it.
